ph357 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "ph357" or "Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at ph357.cam, including all games, features, promotions, and ancillary services made available therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ph357 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account with ph357 or accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any credited bonuses, less any wagering or withdrawal activity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player's Account as a promotion, welcome offer, reload bonus, cashback, or any other non-deposit incentive provided by ph357.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to Bonus Funds or deposit amounts that must be satisfied by eligible gameplay before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body responsible for licensing and overseeing ph357's operations.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to ph357's identity and age verification procedures required under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which accessing or using ph357 is illegal or restricted under applicable local law.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond ph357's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, government action, civil unrest, power failures, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of ph357 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory under PAGCOR's licensing conditions and applicable Philippine law governing online gambling. ph357 takes its age verification obligations seriously and applies rigorous KYC procedures to confirm all Players meet this threshold.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To create an Account with ph357, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
3. Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and a valid password;
4. Not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order on the ph357 Platform or through PAGCOR's responsible gaming programs;
5. Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph357 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person;
6. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with ph357 at any given time. Registering or attempting to register multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. ph357 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any balances, including real-money winnings, where duplicate Account activity is confirmed.

2.4 KYC Verification

ph357 is required to verify the identity, age, and address of all Players as a condition of its PAGCOR license. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of valid government-issued identification documents (Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth card, driver's license, or voter's ID), proof of address, and such other documentation as ph357 may reasonably request for KYC purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ph357 may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or temporary Account restriction.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph357 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph357 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorized access to your ph357 Account, you must notify ph357 support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided to ph357 at registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change. ph357 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where false or misleading information is detected, without refund of deposited funds where fraud is established.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months without any login activity. ph357 may apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱100 per month on dormant Accounts where the Account Balance falls below ₱500. ph357 will provide prior written notice to the registered email address before applying any such fee. Accounts with a zero balance following inactivity may be closed without further notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph357 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time depending on technical or regulatory factors. ph357 reserves the right to add or remove payment options with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

All deposits made via GCash, Maya, and Coins.ph are processed in real time. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing timelines of the respective financial institution. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for e-wallet methods and ₱500 for bank transfers. ph357 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are processed by ph357 within fifteen (15) minutes of request for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard banking hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallets. ph357 reserves the right to conduct additional security or compliance reviews on withdrawal requests where circumstances warrant, which may extend processing timelines. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.

4.4 Funds Ownership

Player funds deposited with ph357 are held in accounts segregated from ph357's operational funds and are not used for business operational purposes. ph357 does not pay interest on Account Balances. Deposited funds represent a claim against ph357 for the value of services and are not legal tender or a regulated financial instrument.

4.5 AML Compliance

ph357 is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. ph357 may request supporting documentation for large or unusual transactions and is required to file covered and suspicious transaction reports with the Anti-Money Laundering Council as required by law. Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used unless ph357 specifically approves an alternative arrangement.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and free credit offers made available by ph357 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game eligibility restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account must satisfy the stated Wagering Requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Only gameplay on eligible games counts toward wagering requirements. ph357 reserves the right to specify which game categories and titles contribute to Wagering Requirements and at what contribution rate. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds or associated winnings before satisfying Wagering Requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph357 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or promotion where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other conduct that exploits promotions contrary to their intended purpose. ph357's determination of bonus abuse is final and binding.

5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions at ph357 are limited to one (1) per household, physical address, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different registrations will be treated as duplicate Account activity under Section 2.3 of these Terms & Conditions.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games and sports betting markets on ph357 are operated in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. ph357's decisions regarding the outcome of any game or bet, made in accordance with published rules, are final.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or interruption during gameplay — including software faults, disconnection events, or incorrect odds display — ph357 reserves the right to void the affected round, bet, or transaction. ph357 will not be liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Where possible, ph357 will restore the Account to its pre-malfunction state.

6.3 Sports Betting

Bets placed on sporting events are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published on the ph357 Platform. ph357 reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, decline bets, or void settled bets where there is evidence of odds errors, data feed errors, match irregularities, or where applicable sporting regulations require it. Live betting odds are indicative and may change between the time of selection and confirmation.

6.4 Cryptocurrency Transactions

Where deposits or withdrawals are processed in USDT TRC20, the PHP equivalent is calculated at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of transaction processing. ph357 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or blockchain network fees. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph357 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers;
• Using ph357 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph357 staff or other Players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to ph357 systems, databases, or other Players' Accounts;
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your Account or Account Balance to any third party.

ph357 reserves the right to take appropriate action in response to Prohibited Conduct, including suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 ph357's Commitment

ph357 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices consistent with its PAGCOR license obligations. ph357 recognizes that while the vast majority of Players enjoy gambling as entertainment, a minority may develop problematic gambling behavior. ph357 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their activity responsibly.

8.2 Player-Controlled Limits

All registered Players may access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account settings at any time, without requiring approval from ph357 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when set. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations with optional notifications and automatic logout.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ph357. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum duration selected.

8.3 Third-Party Support

Players who are concerned about their gambling habits, or who are supporting someone with a gambling problem, are encouraged to seek professional assistance. ph357 supports the responsible gaming initiatives of PAGCOR and encourages Players to access available Philippine government resources and support programs for problem gambling.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph357 Platform — including but not limited to the ph357 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of ph357 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph357 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, frame, or commercially exploit any ph357 content without prior written authorization from ph357. Unauthorized use of ph357 intellectual property will be pursued through available legal remedies.

10 Privacy & Data

ph357's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the ph357 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at ph357.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an Account with ph357, you confirm that you have read and agree to the ph357 Privacy Policy.

ph357 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used for Account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications where you have provided your consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph357's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

ph357 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform;
• Technical interruptions, service outages, or malfunctions not within ph357's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers;
• Events constituting Force Majeure.

Nothing in this Section limits ph357's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 ph357's Right to Suspend or Close

ph357 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its discretion, including but not limited to where ph357 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal conduct;
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• The Account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity;
• PAGCOR or another competent authority requires ph357 to suspend the Account;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ph357 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification completion and applicable AML checks. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ph357, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph357's internal customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable under ph357's licensing terms. Where PAGCOR resolution is unavailable or inapplicable, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ph357 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph357 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the ph357 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2 before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of the ph357 Terms & Conditions is always available at ph357.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date the current version came into force.
